Order Dispatch and Delivery

Once we receive the final measurements and payment, orders are dispatched within 8-10 days Approx. The shipping time is mentioned

on each product page. Subsequently, it takes an additional 3-5 days for your order to reach you, after the order is shipped. Please note that

due to intricate work, some products may have extended delivery times.

We offer delivery services to all postal addresses throughout India. However, please be aware that courier companies are unable to deliver

to P.O. Box addresses. Therefore, we kindly request that you provide us with a complete street address, including the pin code or zip code,

for successful delivery. Our trusted courier partners are DTDC, BLUEDART, Delhivery, Indiapost, and more.

The shipping durations mentioned on the website are approximate, and we encourage customers to contact us for precise delivery timings.

In some cases, the shipping company may leave the parcel at your front door. We are not liable for parcels left in this manner, and no refunds

will be provided for such claims. We are also not responsible for any delays caused by the courier company and do not offer refunds, returns,

exchanges, or replacements for items affected by such delays.

Shipping within India is free of charge.

The courier company may make one or two delivery attempts, depending on each courier company policy. The customer may also be

subject to a penalty for providing an incorrect shipping address. All associated charges will be the responsibility of the customer and

no refunds or returns will be issued in such instances.

Once the item is handed over to the courier company, we will send an email with shipment details to the customer. Customers can use

this information to track their shipment through the courier company's website.
